Ingredient Squad

  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying or baking

Instructions

  1. Mix and Match: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Cook the meatballs:
